To register your child for preschool, please bring the following:
-Birth Certificate
-Shot Record
-$65 registration fee
-The full names, addresses and phone numbers for 3 authorized pick-ups.
-If your child requires special care, please bring those instructions carefully written out along with a doctor’s note, if needed.
Our application process will take 45-60 minutes. This includes a Parent Orientation that goes over our handbook and key policies. Please plan accordingly.
The below forms are optional but would be very helpful in getting to know your child. If you would like, bring the completed form with you when you come in to register.
